Alexis Magana has spent more than a decade in the solar and energy industry, building a reputation around experience, execution, and getting the job done right. With 10+ years in energy solutions and 4+ years as a licensed contractor, Alexis brings both the knowledge of the industry and the hands-on understanding of what it takes to deliver at a high level.

Still young, driven, and focused on what’s next, Alexis has built his career around leadership, growth, and creating better opportunities for the people around him. But behind the business, the titles, and the ambition, his biggest motivation is his family.

As a proud father of three, Alexis is building more than a company — he’s building a legacy. His goal is simple: lead from the front, raise the standard, and create a brighter future for his family, his team, and every customer he serves.

Jeff Silva

CFO, Co-Owner & Partner

Jeff Silva is a seasoned entrepreneur and solar industry leader with more than 24 years of experience building, scaling, and operating successful companies. As an equal business partner and owner of Prime Solar, Jeff brings a deep understanding of the solar industry, from sales and operations to growth strategy and long-term business development.

Throughout his career, he has helped build multiple companies into multimillion-dollar businesses, earning a strong reputation for understanding what it takes to compete and succeed in a rapidly evolving industry. His experience gives him a comprehensive perspective on the entire solar process and the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and build systems that perform at scale.

A university graduate with a degree in Business, Jeff combines formal business education with more than two decades of hands-on industry experience. His leadership, strategic vision, and extensive knowledge of the solar market make him a driving force behind Prime Solar and its continued growth.

Larry

Senior Energy & Finance Advisor

Larry brings nearly four decades of experience across real estate, lending, finance, and energy solutions. He has worked as a loan officer and Realtor since 1986 and as a finance underwriter since 1994, giving him a deep understanding of both the financial and real estate sides of every project.

Since 2006, Larry has also specialized in solar and energy solutions, helping homeowners navigate smarter ways to manage their energy needs and long-term costs. A university graduate with decades of industry experience, he brings a knowledgeable, practical, and finance-driven approach to helping clients make confident energy decisions.

Hector Fernandez

Sales Representative

Hector Fernandez is an experienced entrepreneur, sales leader, and home-improvement professional with more than 20 years of experience in project management, finance, business development, and customer service.

His background includes leading large-scale Home Depot remodeling projects, owning and operating a car dealership, and working in automotive management, marketing, and finance. Since 2023, Hector has expanded into residential home-improvement and energy solutions, helping California homeowners with water filtration, roofing, HVAC, and solar.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Hector is committed to helping homeowners understand their options, make confident decisions, and receive dependable service built on trust and professionalism.
